Description:"Villa Cross Public House. It was near this location that a young man was arrested for a minor traffic offence. Crowds gathered and the situation quickly escalated. The community would eventually witness 2 people dead, 2 unaccounted for, 35 injured and a trail of damage running into hundreds of thousands of pounds. In the words of one local "it was so rare, we were caught totally unaware"." Pogus Caesar, February 2003.
