Description:"Riot police had sealed off streets. Up to 300 officers arrived in the area within 90 minutes. Tensions were running high, on Lozells Road there are clothing shops, butchers, bookmakers, drapers and the Night Spot, a popular cafe where mainly young black people visited. The question on everyone lips was 'are the police aware of the possible outcome of their actions'." Pogus Caesar, February 2003.
