Date:21st of July 1894

Description:A newscutting from the Handsworth Herald relating to the inquest of Charles Maybury of Derby who was found drowned in the River Tame. The Coroner took the opportunity to highlight the need for a mortuary in Handsworth as 'lately seven or eight persons had been taken into places which were not fit to keep them in'.
