Date:24th of February 1894

Description:This newscutting from the Handsworth Herald relates the death of Miss Emily Lindsay from Wellhead Lane. She had suffered from consumption for some time but had seemed healthy until a few days before her death. She worked at Kynoch's Lion Works in Witton and they helped to pay for her funeral at St John's, Perry Barr.
