Description:A newspaper cutting from the Birmingham Mail, January 21st 1897.
This is a letter replying to an article in the previous days newspaper, which gave an account of a shepherd from Perry village being bitten by a rabid dog. T.Young,the writer of this letter, questions whether this was a case of rabies and offers other explanations for the dogs behaviour.
