Description:The image is taken from a book of lithographs of Perry Hall published by Wrightson and Webb of New Street in Birmingham. Charles Walter Radclyffe (1817-1903)was born in Birmingham. His work is predominately landscape subjects and he exhibited prolifically - 454 works between 1846-1902. His forte was as a watercolourist but, as with his works of Perry Hall, he also practised lithography. Radclyffe lived at 66 Hagley Road.
