Description:A large double fronted detached house with grounds covering 18,000 square yards, it was situated in Birchfield Road between Heathfield Road and Haughton Road. Occupants included George Bragg, Thomas Freer, Miss Haighton and in 1909 the vicar of Holy Trinity, Reverend Thomas Pelham. The house was demolished in the early 1930s.
