Description:Shops on the eastern side of Birchfield Road, Perry Barr, on 25th February 1959 before the construction of the underpass. On the extreme left the railway line passes underneath the road as it enters Perry Barr station. The passageway behind the somewhat incongruous car is Crown Avenue.
