Description:Birchfield Road, Perry Barr, looking north not long before the construction of the Birchfield Road Underpass in the early 1960s. In the distance is Walsall Road, with Aldridge Road forking off to the right. A sign just visible behind the foliage on the left reads 'Perry Barr', marking the boundary.
