Description:Looking towards Church Lane this photograph of the traffic island was taken from Wellington Road. The road to the left is Hamstead Road and that on the right is Handsworth Wood Road. On the corner behind the telephone box are 1960's flats which were built on land that had been the grounds of Endwood Court.
