Description:These four small photographs show Soho House and Manufactory in Handsworth.

The photograph on the bottom left is the only known photo of Soho Manufactory during its demolition. The photograph of Soho House (bottom right) shows the original patent slating still in place. This was a method of laying slates with no overlap, the join being covered by a slate fillet, hence the distinctive lines visible on the roof. It was never very satisfactory and was completely replaced.
