Description:A quiet scene at Five Ways, Edgbaston, where the only traffic appears to be a solitary cyclist carefully riding between the tramlines. The view is looking westwards up Hagley Road with the statue of Joseph Sturge (1862) and the old King Edward VI Five Ways Grammar School (1838) in the background. The time is clearly 8 o'clock, which may help to explain why it all looks so quiet.
