Description:"A tractor demolishes a building in Handsworth as part of Birmingham Council Urban Regeneration Scheme. During the early part of the 1980's it was claimed that up to £20 million had been invested in Handsworth over a 5 year period, although there were concerns as to where the funds were placed."
