Description:Men from Austin Road Church symbolically wash each other's feet. This commemorates Christ's washing of his disciples' feet at the Last Supper. This photograph was the inspiration for a painting of the same title by the Birmingham artist Barbara Walker, shown in 2002 in her exhibition Private Face,at the Midlands Art Centre. The man who is having his feet washed, Pastor Johnson was the first Pastor of Austin Road United Church of God.
